Premium Quality Vanilla Paste

Natural Vanilla Store UK produces two varieties of vanilla paste to our own proprietary recipe using pressed fresh vanilla pods and all natural ingredients. The traditional style uses alcohol as the preservative and the alcohol free style is a certified Halal using vegetable glycerine as the natural preservative in place of alcohol.


Vanilla Paste Production

To produce the paste, our premium quality vanilla extract is combined with a vanilla seed rich liquid obtained from cold pressed vanilla pods, which is then slightly thickened to provide a viscosity suitable to suspend the vanilla seeds through the liquid. It is thickened using all natural ingredients with no preservatives, no colouring agents, and no restricted substances.

Halal Vanilla Paste

Our Vanilla Paste Certified Halal is a non-alcohol style made using all natural ingredients with no preservatives or colouring agents with 100g/L of pressed fresh vanilla pods. A natural vegetable glycerine is used as the preservative in place of alcohol.

The use of natural vanilla can be recognized by the exquisite aroma and flavour imparted into the food, and traces of the tiny vanilla caviar seeds are seen as proof that genuine vanilla has been used in the preparation of the dish. Our long-term commercial customers appreciate the flavour and aroma of our paste and the inclusion of the vanilla caviar seeds that are dispersed throughout the paste. Customers have used our paste in large quantities to prepare ice cream and desserts such as Panna Cotta, Custard, Creme Brule, Cream Caramel, and Cheesecake. Commercial customers require assurance that we meet food safety standards, that our paste is free from harmful substances and organisms, and meet international regulatory food requirements. For this reason, our quality assurance requires that our Food Safety Program, Product Specifications, and Microbiology Certificate of Analysis are all maintained to international standards.

Ethically Sourced and Organically Cultivated

The vanilla beans used for producing our vanilla products have been sourced ethically with reasonable market rates paid to the growers. They have also been cultivated organically without using chemicals or artificial fertilizers. Although the vanilla pods used for producing our paste are not officially certified organic, the vanilla pods have been grown using organic methods. The rich soils in the growing regions require no artificial fertilizers. As vanilla orchids have a high natural resistance to pests and diseases, no chemical sprays are used in the cultivation process.
